Dr. Anuradha Pant, a renowned educationist with 33+ years of experience, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Education ,along with a Master’s in Chemistry and English. She has led curriculum design, academic leadership, and strategic operations in top institutions like City Montessori, Amity, DRS International, and GD Goenka.Her contributions have earned her multiple awards, including the Young Achievers Award, Savitribai Phule Samman, and Exceptional Women of Excellence Award.
A University-level debater and National-level athlete, she champions holistic education. As Principal Advisor at MDN Edify Education, she drives academic and operational excellence across Edify Schools in India.
Mr. Ajay Kishore Lall

Mr. Ajay K. Lall has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Education. He has successfully managed the academic work and administration of Day and Boarding Schools across India serving as Principal for various schools since 2007.
He carries vast exposure in the IB, Cambridge, CBSE, and ICSE Curriculum and has first-hand experience of IB, CIE, ICSE & CBSE affiliation. He is also an Examiner for Math SL Paper 2 and has been a workshop leader for International Baccalaureate.
He has worked with both start up and established schools and has been involved in various roles which include HoD Mathematics, High School Coordinator, IB Coordinator, Badminton Coach & House Master, before taking over as Principal of RiverDale International Residential School in Pune in 2007.
He is also an avid sportsman and plays nearly all games. He has been instrumental in organizing many innovative programs in schools.
Mr. Ajay K. Lall, is now the Principal Advisor at MDN Edify Education for Edify Schools across India, being the single point of contact for support in Academics and Operations in these schools.
